Annual Reports of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare for the year 2010 – 2011

The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has released its Annual Performance Report for the year 2010 – 2011.

Department of Health & Family Welfare, Department of Ayush, Department of Health Research and Department of AIDS Control, together form the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MOHFW) of India. Their performance, targets, achievements, status, progress, concerns, etc have been listed down in this annual document.

Whilst the healthcare spending is still 1% of GDP, the efforts are on to increase it to 3%. Saw this item in a previous review and decided to give it a try. Works great. It’s compact and much less expensive than recommended option. Not having to use my computer to charge my MP3 is a big time saver. Highly recommended.

    - Good point regarding the HR & Personnel search, additionally regarding the if we don't use keywords where do we put them to categorize the content.Obviously the keywords can be spammed (by copying from other sites, or falsifying with similar domain names, designs, spam content, etc. Additionally this isn't about page rank, it's about organization of information.Seems to make sense and I know that content is key – although isn't this somehow something that should pass into the equation? Just not carry as much weight? Or at least be included if someone searches a particular domain with Google Custom Site Search, etc.Thoughts?

December 22, 2009 – 9:55 am I thought the best Twitter Campaign this year was the #moonfruit win a mac competition. Twitter isn’t right for every business which is a mistake a lot of companies make but it can be good for adding the personal touch and engaging with customers, also good for brand awareness. For less ‘sexy’ industries it can be good for plugging networking events etc but sometimes a brand shouldn’t be given a personal voice and should remain professional to avoid misinterpretation and bad pr. For these companies I would look at other forms of social networking such as linkedIn

Hi time to get the Healthcare spending increased. As per the report it is less than 1% of GDP which is pathetic.Need a lot of improvement on this figure. At least the 3% target should be what we should be looking at.
